When I examine Endeksa housing price data, Etiler continues to be at the forefront in housing price increase rates across Beşiktaş.
The increase in housing prices in Ulus and Levent regions is also at a noticeable level.
Housing demand in Gayrettepe and Balmumcu region is weaker than other Beşiktaş regions.
The number of old buildings throughout Beşiktaş is quite high. However, a significant portion of the people living or considering living in the region have a very high financial purchasing power.
Despite this, I cannot fully understand the weakness in demand, especially for new building housing.
The alternative cost of money is quite high these days.
However, housing prices continue to decline, especially in foreign currency.
However, I do not think that the quality of life and the cost of time are lower than other material assets.
Perhaps it would be beneficial for people, especially those with high financial purchasing power and living in old buildings, to review their priorities in life.
