Household assets exceeded $1.5 trillion. (Dünya Gazetesi)

It was calculated that the total value of financial and non-financial assets of households in Turkey exceeded $1.5 trillion as of the third quarter of 2024.
The total value of rented housing for Turkey was calculated as $701 billion.
The value of the financial asset stock of households in Turkey was also calculated as $505 billion. Items that are not sensitive to exchange rate and price changes; consist of TL currency and TL deposits excluding exchange rate protected, TL loans and other receivables.
As of the third quarter of 2024, the physical gold stock in the hands of households was calculated as $311 billion.
In Turkey, within the total assets of households calculated as $1 trillion 517 billion as of the third quarter of 2024, non-financial assets consisting of physical gold and rented houses have a higher share than financial assets with 67%.
