The expectation is that the number of house sales throughout Turkey will be around 1.2 million in 2024.
Housing price levels are below the inflation rate.
Although his information and predictions are valuable, I expect the credit limits to be stretched towards the summer.
The housing market has contracted considerably over the past 18 months or so.
Of course, it had reached unprecedented levels in the previous 2.5 years, and this was partly due to its stabilization.
A similar process took place in new building flats throughout Beşiktaş in the last 15 months.
Although the supply of the new building for sale in Beşiktaş was very low, the demand was very weak, not in line with my expectations.
