I added to my Beşiktaş Current Housing Focus.

As a result of my developing marketing channels abroad, I have been focusing on upper segment real estate in the Beşiktaş region since November 2023.
The areas I focus on on the housing side are new buildings in the Etiler, Kültür and Gayrettepe regions, villas in the Levent region, Mista Bosphorus Houses in the Balmumcu region and residence projects throughout Beşiktaş.
The new buildings area where I started working recently is in Kültür mh. There is also the Maya Residence project right next to it.
I attach great importance to Arman Kırım's "Outside-Inside View Approach".
