Yesterday, while passing through the area, I noticed Tepe Konakları was located between two projects on the Ahmet Saygun CD.
The project is considered a young building and has approximately 10 years of history.
The 12,000 m² construction area includes 30 residential apartments and one independent unit.
Featuring extensive social amenities, the project is among the upscale residential areas of Ulus and Beşiktaş.
