There has been a certain movement in recent months. People still make price-oriented real estate purchasing decisions.
I have been carefully following housing market data across Beşiktaş on a monthly basis for a long time.
However, I am focusing significant effort on new building flats in the Etiler, Gayrettepe and Kültür mh areas.
What I observed; Housing prices in regions such as Gayrettepe, Kültür mh, Dikilitaş have been at low levels for a long time.
On the other hand, housing prices in Etiler and Ulus regions increased clearly above the Beşiktaş average.
New construction projects continue dynamically in the area where new buildings are located in the Etiler region. Although the housing supply in the region will increase in the coming period, I predict that the demand will always be strong and that the prices will increase above the general average.
I think that correctly priced new building flats can be purchased in the Kültür mh and Gayrettepe regions.
My guess is that there will be an increase in demand for new building flats in the coming period and this will be reflected in prices.
