I have been following the housing data of Beşiktaş Gayrettepe region month by month for about 3 years.
For the last 6 months, I started to follow the Etiler, Levent, Ulus and Balmumcu regions across Beşiktaş.
According to Endeksa data, Etiler region ranks first in monthly housing price increase. (about 88%)
Afterwards, Ulus and Levent regions also show a monthly price increase performance above the Beşiktaş average.
Another issue that I have not observed for a long time is that the housing price increase rate in the Gayrettepe region is below the Beşiktaş average.
Is the reason for this process due to the separation of the middle income class into lower and upper classes and naturally a certain part of them can spend money very easily and prefer high-end living spaces such as Etiler?
