This week, I made our first business trip to Dubai with my digital marketing partner. My aim was to closely observe the Dubai real estate market and its actors. The visit was quite satisfying. First of all, I think Dubai is more of an internationally sought-after residential area than just an Arabian city.

The rules and order of daily life, along with the volume and content of the real estate sector, excited me greatly. After the atmosphere in Turkey, the 4 days I spent in Dubai took me back to Turkey's dynamic past. I visited many of Dubai's leading development companies. In addition, I visited several law firms and real estate offices. I believe I have made significant progress in establishing the best organization to create attractive value for Turkish investors in the Dubai real estate market. The Dubai real estate market also led to minor updates in my areas of focus in Beşiktaş.
