My New Area I Focus on for Houses for Sale and Rent in Beşiktaş Etiler Region

About two months ago, I decided to focus all my work on new buildings and brand projects in the Gayrettepe region.
One of the main reasons here is to work with portfolios that I can present to my developing international marketing channels.
 Based on this, when I thought about whether I should determine a new, additional work area for myself in the Beşiktaş region, I remembered the Etiler area, where I met with the property owner for a portfolio last year.
I went back to visit the street where the flat in MaaNaa blocks is located, to explore, Dünya Eye Hospital street.
I noticed that there are a lot of new buildings on the street.
Now I systematically focus my work on the relevant Etiler district street.
When I look at the profiles of living people, as I guessed, it is similar to the Gayrettepe region.
The region's sale and rental housing prices are above the Beşiktaş average.
In the new building, rentals are made for 70-80 thousand TL, and duplex houses are rented for 140 thousand TL.
By the way, the name Etiler comes from the name Etiler Building Cooperative, which was established in the 1950s with the partnership of Etibank for the construction of 192 villas.
