Recently, a relative of the property owner contacted me regarding an apartment they wanted to rent in the Maya Residences area behind Akmerkez, a neighborhood with relatively new buildings. The apartment is a 2+1 (two bedrooms and one living room) and located on an intermediate floor. If all goes well, I will be viewing the apartment very soon and will then begin marketing efforts. The area is quiet, surrounded by greenery, and all the buildings are new. The purchasing power of the residents is generally quite high.
