Structural construction has begun in many areas and appears to be nearing completion.

The Kent Etiler project is undoubtedly one of the most valuable living spaces in Beşiktaş and Istanbul.
The project will feature a total of 1,496 independent units, 142 of which will be commercial units.
Built on a 200,000 m² area, the project is located adjacent to the TEM and Etiler highways.
The project will feature seven-story buildings, and due to the elevation, the higher floors will appear lower from the opposite side. The project will also include a shopping mall, 24/7 security, indoor parking, an outdoor pool and extensive landscaping.
